Available Positions at Stellar Formulations:-
Stellar Formulations is currently hiring for Senior Officer roles in the following departments:
1. Senior Officer – Electrical Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Manage installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems across the plant.
- Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and statutory compliance standards.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and support uninterrupted production operations.
- Collaborate with other technical departments for smooth plant functioning.
Qualification:
B.E. Electrical or Diploma in Electrical with 3–5 years of experience in the pharma or manufacturing sector.
2. Senior Officer – Quality Assurance (IPQA)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure product compliance with GMP and SOP guidelines.
- Review production documents and validate manufacturing operations.
- Assist in internal audits and CAPA implementation.
- Coordinate closely with production and quality teams to maintain high product standards.
Qualification:
B.Pharm or M.Pharm with 3–5 years of experience in IPQA or QA functions in a regulated environment.
3. Senior Officer – Warehouse (Store)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise material receipt, storage, and issue processes.
- Maintain proper inventory control and ensure compliance with storage standards.
- Prepare and update material movement documentation as per SOPs.
- Work with the supply chain team to optimize space and streamline dispatch operations.
Qualification:
B.Sc., B.Com, M.Com, or B.Pharm with 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or store management in a pharma setup.
4. Senior Officer – Microbiology
Responsibilities:
- Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, finished products, and water samples.
- Monitor controlled areas and environmental parameters as per USP and GMP norms.
- Record and analyze microbiological data with accuracy.
- Support quality control functions through technical reports and investigations.
Qualification:
M.Sc. Microbiology with 3–5 years of experience in pharma microbiology laboratories.
